
Shipping / Refund Policy
Products will be shipped within 14 days. If you wish to return a product you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping costs and additional fees (such as packaging and material costs etc.) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer your money (minus the costs for shipping) back to you as soon as possible.
If your product/products appear to be broken or damaged in any way upon arrival and you wish to make a complaint, contact us as soon as possible with details, pictures and any additional information that we might need, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping & Customs Policy
International Orders & Customs Clearance
When placing an order from outside Sweden, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authorities.
Responsibility for Customs Delays
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country. If customs require additional documentation or payment from the recipient, it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide it in a timely manner.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a package is held in customs and the recipient fails to provide the necessary information, refuses to pay import fees, or does not claim the shipment within the required timeframe, the following applies:
• No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused shipments.
• If the package is returned to us, the customer may request a reshipment at their own expense.
• If the package is returned but incurs additional fees, these costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. If you have any questions about customs duties in your country, please check with your local customs office before purchasing.
Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. Our artwork is professionally photographed, and we try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen the photographs can vary from the original painting.
